Oct 22, 2020 at 6:30 PMDaimler Truck AG will have a new CEO starting February 1, 2021. The Swedish-born Karin Rådström will succeed Stefan Buchner, who retired in October 2020.
(Stuttgart) – Karin Rådström will begin her role as a member of the board of Daimler Truck AG, responsible for Mercedes-Benz Trucks, on February 1, 2021. Rådström was most recently a board member responsible for sales and marketing at Scania. The Swedish-born Rådström started her career as a trainee at Scania in 2004 after completing her Master of Engineering in Industrial Management at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Since 2007, she has held various senior positions within Scania’s sales and service organization, including leading the company’s bus business and developing the business with digital and connected vehicles.
Rådström succeeds Stefan Buchner, who retired in October 2020.
