Oct 17, 2020 at 2:00 PMSWAN GmbH has gained new personnel: Since August 2020, Sabrina Catalfamo has been strengthening the management team of the software specialist for SAP logistics as the Manager of Marketing and Communication. In her new role, the 30-year-old aims to optimize and further expand marketing activities, as well as focus more on inbound marketing and lead generation.
(Augsburg) – Sabrina Catalfamo is responsible for the entire marketing and brand management of the SWAN product portfolio. She plans, designs, and manages all marketing and communication measures, including the organization of events and trade show appearances, as well as the coordination of the entire area of graphic and print production. Additionally, the communications professional is further developing the CRM tool landscape and supports the SWAN sales organization as a central point of contact.
“Sabrina Catalfamo has extensive knowledge and many years of experience in direct and indirect communication. With her on board, we want to continue our successful course and expand our expertise in the logistics sector,” says Alexander Bernhard, Managing Director of SWAN GmbH.
Professional Stations
After her training as a marketing communication specialist, Catalfamo began a dual study program with the Nuremberg company family Müller Medien. There, she initially worked as a dialog marketing manager with a focus on online marketing. Subsequently, the active athlete took on independent project management and later direct marketing of digital products. Before joining SWAN, Catalfamo worked at the ERP provider IFS Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG. In an international team, she was primarily responsible for trade show and event planning, HR marketing, and Facebook Ads.
“Marketing is a very fast-paced discipline. More than ever, companies must adapt to new trends and circumstances. This also applies to SWAN,” says Sabrina Catalfamo. “I want to implement not just isolated measures but create interlocking interfaces to maximize the benefits of individual measures.”

Catalfamo particularly appreciates the diverse tasks at SWAN, the daily new challenges, and the excellent working atmosphere in a young, dedicated team. “The ‘team play’ established in the company values is reflected in daily practice. I have not always experienced both as a given,” she continues.
