Jul 15, 2020 at 7:02 AMThe express service provider trans-o-flex wins two awards at the award ceremony of the distribution network EURODIS. trans-o-flex secured first place in both the best quality and best customer service categories. EURODIS is a network with partners in 36 European countries.
(Weinheim) EURODIS honors winners in the areas of quality, customer service, and sales. The basis for evaluation are measurable criteria that are assessed daily, such as shipment scans, data transmission, adherence to standard transit times, shipment information, and proof of delivery (POD).
For the fourth consecutive year, the logistics service provider trans-o-flex Express has won the award for best quality from the international distribution network EURODIS, which operates in 36 European countries. For the first time, trans-o-flex also won the award in the category of best customer service. The third EURODIS award in the sales category went to the Hungarian partner Express One. “The double victory is a huge success for our entire workforce and proof that we are on the right track,” said Wolfgang P. Albeck, CEO of trans-o-flex. “Delivering, measuring, and evaluating quality every day is demanding, but it is the only way to be sustainably successful as a logistics service provider.”
Various criteria for evaluation
The competitions are part of the quality management of EURODIS. The network for the joint transport of goods in packages and on pallets, in the B2B and B2C sectors, honors the achievements of EURODIS members in the last calendar year with the three awards. For the current assessment, the performance of all EURODIS partners from 2019 was included in the evaluation. To do this, EURODIS evaluates all shipment data every working day and derives a ranking from it. Key criteria in the quality assessment are the various shipment scans, data transmission, adherence to standard transit times, shipment information, and proof of delivery (POD). In the customer/partner service category, a ticket system records how quickly and in what quality inquiries are answered.
