(Zurich) Do you know how to develop a robust sense and build an organization that is ready to respond with agility and speed to unforeseen disruptions in the value chain? SWISS IPG PARTNERS GROUP (IPG), Haute école de gestion Arc – HEG Arc, and VNL Switzerland have developed the survey “Supply Chain Management in Times of COVID-19” to determine how well you are already positioned and to assess where your organization needs to catch up on preventive measures.
The COVID-19 pandemic is a particularly dramatic example of the challenges faced by supply chain managers. As an operational leader, it is your task to develop a robust sense and create an organization that is ready to respond with agility and speed to unforeseen disruptions in the value chain.
Be SC Risk-Aware
Are you aware of how to assess risks and prepare your supply chains accordingly? Katrin Reschwamm, head of the VNL Switzerland office, explains the purpose of the survey: “With the SCM in Times of COVID-19 survey, you can easily and quickly determine your risk profile and receive insights on what measures should be taken to mitigate risks. Furthermore, we will work with you to create an individual action plan to implement various risk mitigation measures in a targeted and effective manner.”
VNL Switzerland has been bridging the gap between science and business from the very beginning. It collaborates with various academic institutions to initiate research projects in the areas of SCM, procurement, digital transformation, and other topics. This strong focus on implementing research and innovation throughout the value chain confirms VNL Switzerland’s belief that this survey is timely and necessary.
You Can Only Benefit
All participants will receive important information to become more resilient to risks, including an exclusive benchmarking report that compares company values with industry averages. Additionally, you will receive best practices and suggestions for improving your own SCM strategy. Moreover, HEG Arc, VNL Switzerland, and IPG will provide advice on how to improve your resilience assessment. If desired, we will also conduct an on-site consultation with our experts to review your survey results and regularly inform you about innovations in supply chain management as part of our Innovative Leaders Network.
The study results, as well as a broad exchange of experiences on the topic of supply chain management in times of COVID-19, will be presented at the VNL Logistics Forum in February 2021. Three tickets will be raffled among all participants!
Completing the questionnaire takes about 20 minutes and can already be accessed online at the following link: www.scriskmanagement.ch
