No, we do not produce transporters, but parcel box systems, that is, mailboxes for packages,” says the managing director of allebacker Schulte GmbH from Grossröhrsdorf. To achieve this goal, allebacker Schulte GmbH has become a member of BdKEP. Mail-parcel box combinations should become a “MUST” for every apartment. In today’s time, a normal mailbox is no longer sufficient. E-commerce is booming. Too often, recipients are not at home when parcel deliverers want to deliver shipments. Legal obligations, such as those in Switzerland, are not foreseeable for Germany. Waiting is not worthwhile, action must be taken now.
The allebacker mail-parcel box combinations significantly ease the work of deliverers. Allebacker approaches the topic in a new way: ring the bell, scan the parcel code, ring again, place the package, close the doors, put the notification card in the mailbox, and done. The whole process takes just 15 seconds. The “pafory” system operates, unlike many other solutions, without digital connectivity of the parcel boxes, parcel service software, deliverers, or recipients. This makes it low-maintenance, incurs no costs in operation itself, and is very user-friendly.
Maintenance and operation must be simple

It must be right for the owner of the parcel box system, often housing companies. The control must be simple and self-explanatory. The effort for maintenance and operation must not deviate from that of a pure mailbox system. Only then will the system be purchased by the owner or landlord for use by the tenant. Only then can the deliverer quickly fulfill their task and recipients use the system.” The mail-parcel box combination “pafory” is a proprietary development of allebacker Schulte GmbH. Through parcel box solutions, the share of parcel shipments that are delivered to the recipient on the first delivery attempt and not to neighbors or in parcel shops can be significantly increased. This saves time, costs, and a lot of trouble. The environment would particularly benefit from fewer kilometers driven.
