(Berlin, April 28, 2020) To contain SARS-CoV-2, the Senate of Berlin has issued a regulation on April 21, 2020, stating that large events, especially trade fairs with more than 5,000 people, are not allowed to take place until October 24, 2020. Therefore, Messe Berlin is unable to hold InnoTrans as planned from September 22 to 25, 2020.
In coordination with the founding associations and key market leaders, Messe Berlin has decided to postpone InnoTrans 2020.
“The health of exhibitors, trade visitors, and all trade fair staff has the highest priority. Therefore, InnoTrans will take place from April 27 to 30, 2021. We would like to thank all exhibitors of InnoTrans for their understanding and loyalty,” says Kerstin Schulz, Director of InnoTrans.
