A dedicated website has been launched with many tips, messages, and links. The situation center is supported by a team consisting of industry experts.
(Berlin, 25.03.2020) A dedicated website has been launched shortly. It contains valuable tips on various topics on how to survive the crisis. The site also includes various helpful information. Encouragement is also part of it. A large team of experts has been assembled to address the members with a video message.
The team of the KEP Corona Situation Center has developed a business management guide for coping with the consequences of the Corona crisis specifically for courier, express, and postal companies (KEP). In parallel, a network of industry experts has formed. It is ready to support KEP entrepreneurs in implementing the measures. They can rely on funding to finance the consulting services.
An Open Initiative
The situation center is an open initiative. It was initiated by BdKEP – Federal Association of Courier-Express-Postal Services e.V. – and is aimed at KEP companies, politics, and administrations as well as companies from adjacent industries. Membership in the association is not required to access the information of the situation center.
The KEP Corona Situation Center collects, bundles, evaluates, and communicates industry-related information on developments in the context of coping with the consequences of the spread of the Corona virus. Based on the information, recommendations for action are developed, and external multipliers and decision-makers are addressed. The situation center is a platform for information exchange and networking among interested parties.
The Corona challenges are very complex and diverse. Individual medium-sized companies are quickly overwhelmed by coping with them. Together we are stronger than alone – with this motivation, the partners of the situation center work together.
